Huon Shares Autumn Wisdom - Sat 5th March

We have booked a workshop with Huon Mitchell from Sacred Heart Nursery as was discussed at the last meeting.

Date: Saturday 5th March
Time: 8:30 - 10:30am
Cost: A "small" gold coin donation (to cover Huon's petrol costs).

Workshop Topic: Autumn planting, growing and picking. An emphasis will be placed on permaculture methods.
Huon will also have available plants for sale. Please help support a local small business by purchasing - prices are very reasonable.

Huon will also allow for question time at the end of his talk. He is very approachable and knowledgeable...a great resource for our lovely garden!

Please tell your friends, relatives and fellow gardeners. The more the merrier as this workshop will be held in the garden itself.

Happy gardening.
Shannyn and Denise

Update - March 19 2011

Thankyou to Huon for running the workshop. It was a a very successful event with many people outside our garden community attending. It is anticipated another event will be held to prepare for winter.
